Pods are also known as coffee pads. A K-Cup is is coffee or tea (and recently hot chocolate and cappuccino) that is sealed in some kind of cartridge, generally a plastic cup. The cartridge has a plastic ring covered with a foil top.

Everyone who walks in the room and smells the aroma of it brewing comments how delicious it smells! I also love the flavor of it, with creamer and without. It has a delicious nutty after taste. It is also pretty strong for being a flavored coffee, which I love.

It's the perfect coffee for us not too strong and not weak. I am a big fan of “Donut Shop” coffee, and this one does not disappoint. Very good flavor and a smooth roast.

Donut Shop Coffee beans are sourced from Central and South America - a medium roast coffee and perfect for drinking or dunking.

“Keurig models are a bit slower to brew the second cup of coffee compared to the top-rated pod coffee makers,” says Ginny Lui, CR's test engineer for coffee makers. Keep in mind that pod coffee makers don't yield the best-tasting brew, despite their convenience.
