What is the cocoa content of Lindt chocolates? We offer a broad spectrum of different cocoa percentages. For many of the flavoured chocolates, the cocoa content is around 50% in order for the flavour of the addition to come through. But we make chocolate with 70% and all the way to 99% and even 100% cocoa.
