As we continue to evaluate our product offerings and streamline how customers manage services with Xfinity, we've decided to retire the Xfinity Mobile app in the fall of 2023.

Access the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android) from your device. Install the Xfinity Home app. Once the app is installed, tap the app icon and sign in using your Xfinity ID and password.

Usually, there might be multiple reasons why your Xfinity Stream app is not working, including common issues like network connection, firmware updates, database issues, corrupted programs, and so on. However, most problems can be fixed effortlessly by rebooting the app (or) updating it.

If you're having trouble logging in, here are a couple things you can try: Make sure you're typing your Xfinity ID and password correctly. Remember, your Xfinity ID is the part of your email address that appears before "@comcast.net". If your email address is "[email protected]" then your Comcast ID is "john.

Says I'm Not Home, But I Am Make sure your device is connected to your in-home Xfinity network and not the Xfinity WiFi network or another wireless network by accident. Restart your device, open the Xfinity Stream app and see if the app recognizes that you're now connected to your in-home network.

Check for local outages using the Xfinity Status Center Outage Map. Confirm the equipment cables are plugged in and the coaxial cable has been tightened as much as possible using your fingers to both the wall outlet and your equipment. Unplug your equipment, wait one minute, and then plug it back in.

To find your account number, simply sign in to Account and Identity on xfinity.com and your account number will appear under Account Details.
