With your Xfinity account, you can manage your payments, customize your WiFi network name and password, troubleshoot your devices and get personalized help whenever you need it. To sign in, use your Xfinity ID (email, mobile, username) on the Xfinity app or in your account.

How To Activate Your Xfinity Internet and Voice Services

1. Download the Xfinity app. Create your Xfinity ID and password.
2. Identify your device.
3. Place your gateway or modem.
4. Connect your gateway.
5. Name your WiFi network and create a password.
6. Wait for your gateway or modem to be ready.
7. Connect all your devices.

The most basic way to identify you and your service address is your account number. Found at the top of your bill, there's only one account number for each billing address. Your account number is created when you sign up for any Xfinity service and doesn't change.

On the Account Information page, you can view your Security PIN at the bottom. On the Voice and Data Modem screen, you can view your PIN by tapping Show Voice Security PIN, which displays beneath your phone number. You can see your PIN in a pop-up window on your screen.
