Diuretics, or water pills, help your kidneys put extra salt and water into your urine or pee. This is how diuretics clear extra fluid out and bring down your blood pressure. Diuretics also help when you have too much fluid collecting because of heart failure or other medical problems.

DIUREX ULTIMATE is for the relief of symptoms associated with the premenstrual and menstrual periods including: temporary water weight gain, bloat, swelling, full feeling and fatigue; it is not intended to be used as a treatment for any type of non-menstrual related swelling.

You should not use Diurex Water Capsules if you are allergic to it, or if you are unable to urinate. Ask a doctor or pharmacist if it is safe for you to use Diurex Water Capsules if you have other medical conditions, especially: kidney disease; heart disease; or.

Adults: Two (2) pills every 4 to 6 hours while symptoms persist, not to exceed eight (8) pills per day. Start taking 5 or 6 days before onset of period and continue until desired relief is obtained or end of period. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. For use by normally healthy adults only.
