I've bought Hanes T-shirts/ undershirts for many years. They are cool and very comfortable to wear. If you wash your whites in hot water, then buy a size larger, because the cotton does shrink, but it can be stretch out if needed. Bought several packages in all sizes for myself as well as my two son's .

Anything made of predominantly cotton will shrink tremendously in the wash. Like wally said, buy larger. I swear to God Hanes shirts shrink like five times as much as other 100% cotton shirts.
