Since Brooklyn-style pizzas don't have as many toppings or as much cheese, they are sometimes thought of as healthier than other pizzas.

The yeast dough used in the Brooklyn is a New York style crust, cut into a large triangle shape that is typically folded in order to fit in one's mouth hole. The Domino's version of thin crust is much more comparable to a cracker crust and mostly likely doesn't include yeast.

While both New York pizza and Brooklyn style have relatively thin crusts, pizza you'll find in Brooklyn tends to have a crispy dough throughout that cracks when you fold the slice, whereas a classic New York slice still has a crispy edge but a softer dough underneath the cheese that bends when you fold it.

It's all a matter of personal preference. But if you're a cheese lover, we'd recommend you try the cheese burst crust. Health-conscious people should try the wheat-thin pizza crust, and the rest can give try fresh pan pizza.
