Spray & Forget has a residual effect and actually adheres to the applied surface. In addition, Spray & Forget, unlike other cleaning methods such as pressure washing, will continue to clean long after the stains cannot be seen by the naked eye. That means that the stains will be completely removed.

For No-Rinse application, mix 5 parts water and 1 part Spray & Forget concentrate in any garden pump sprayer. When using the garden pump sprayer, add water first and then mix chemical in water. Thoroughly wet all perimeter landscaping with water immediately before and after the application.

I also used this on a wooden fence that was growing moss and mold, as it becomes wet every day from my sprinkler system. There was a very heavy buildup, and I didn't think this would work, but it did! The moss and mold is dead and most of it has been washed off by rain. The product is a little pricey, but worth it!
