In the strawberry jam manufacturing method, 70 to 80% by weight of strawberry and 20 to 30% by weight of sugar are added to a steam steaming apparatus having a stirrer, and water is evaporated by steaming at high pressure and high temperature so that the residual moisture content is 10 to 20.
