Turn it on by pressing the on/off button on the power supply. Add your Dynamic Effects Outdoor Light Strip to your Home in the Cync App. From to the Home screen navigate to Add Devices > Light Strips > Outdoor Light Strips. Follow the steps instructed by the Cync App.
