As a Succession fan herself, Serena Williams was thrilled to work alongside Brian Cox in the 2023 Michelob Ultra Super Bowl commericial. "He was in all of my scenes, so I kind of felt special," she tells PEOPLE about working alongside the Golden Globe award winner, who plays Logan Roy.

But it's the song playing over the action that really sets the scene: "Showdown" by British rock band Electric Light Orchestra from 1973.

Michelob ULTRA, a part of Anheuser-Busch, is back in the big game for 2023. And for the third consecutive year, the brand has tapped Serena Williams to star in its spot.

Inspired by the the Eighties comedy classic starring Rodney Dangerfield, Chevy Chase, and Ted Knight, the new ad sees Cox hitting the links with costars including tennis legend Serena Williams, as well as athletes like Jimmy Butler, Alex Morgan, Tony Romo, Nneka Ogwumike, and Canelo Alvarez.

Serena Williams and Brian Cox are trading their tennis courts and conference rooms to battle on the golf course. PEOPLE can exclusively reveal that the Williams, 41, and Cox, 76, will star in Michelob Ultra's 2023 Super Bowl ad. The commercial's 15-second teaser hints at the putt-putt battle and a fun retro theme.

Bud Light hold music commercial also super cute! While we can't really explain that last bit, the song, “Opus 1” by Tim Carleton and Darrick Deel, has already been pretty thoroughly investigated by the internet.

At first glance, Michelob Ultra's Super Bowl ad appears to be the most star-studded spot of the game, with appearances by Sylvester Stallone, Usher, Maluma, Megan Fox, Lucy Liu, Serena Williams, Don Cheadle - and a voiceover by Christopher Walken to boot.
