In order to unlock the player's Hogsmeade Shop, they need to first complete the quest "Minding Your Own Business." This quest is given to the player by Penny the House Elf on the southeastern side of Hogsmeade and is only available after the player has completed the main story quest called "Fire and Vice."

You'll have access to the quest after you complete the third keeper trial, so it's a fairly late-game quest, although we're not sure why it's kept to so late in the game, as it's not particularly difficult.

Don't forget it's an optional 'side quest', so you may have to trigger it at some point in the game. From my experience on Xbox however, side quests won't always show up on the map, but there will still be a person with a gray marker above them indicating a quest.

Overcoming the challenges of the Haunted Hogsmeade Quest will reward you with a shop of your own where you can sell items and gear at rates better than anywhere else.

Unfortunately, the Haunted Hogsmeade Shop quest is only available for Hogwarts Legacy's PlayStation players, but it's still one of the creepiest locations in the game.

The Haunted Hogsmeade Shop is the best quest in Hogwarts Legacy, and I sincerely hope it comes to PC and Xbox platforms eventually. Gamers get to explore various secret locations in Hogwarts Legacy as well as multiple castles, but the hauntingly beautiful Rookwood Castle is easily its scariest one. Players will get to explore this beautiful and seemingly abandoned castle after hearing that there was some Goblin activity there.

'The Haunted Hogsmeade Shop' is a quest that is “built into the core game and can be discovered by any witch or wizard playing on PlayStation,” says a post on the PlayStation Blog. “Cassandra Mason has a shop to sell you in Hogsmeade, but all is not as it seems in this run-down establishment,” continues the post.

Here you need to choose “We must not turn Sebastian in”, after which Sebastian will once again offer to teach you Avada Kedavra. In case you do turn Sebastian in, he will be taken away by the Ministry authroities, and you won't be able to learn Avada Kedavra. This way, Hogwarts Legacy has multiple endings.

Surprisingly, after unlocking Avada Kedavra in Hogwarts Legacy, there are little to no consequences for using it.

The Keeper Trials in Hogwarts Legacy are the core of the main story, but by far the hardest is San Bakar's Trial which sees players attempt to tame a mighty Graphorn, locally known as the Lord of the Shore.
