Portrayed by Sebastian Wilder is a jazz enthusiast and club owner and was Mia Dolan's love interest for the majority of the 2016 film, La La Land. Although the film is about their romance, Mia and Sebastian ultimately break up at an undisclosed time during the five years between Summer and the Epilogue.

The film is beautiful but the ending heartbreaking. It's heartbreaking because Mia and Sebastian's relationship has ended. We saw this beautiful connection between the two which ended without explanation. At one point, Mia and Sebastian are saying they love each other and always will.
