Who is Collin Morikawa?
Collin Morikawa is not a commercial actor, he is a professional golfer. Morikawa was born on February 6, 1997 in Los Angeles, California. He attended the University of California, Berkeley where he played collegiate golf. In his final year of college, he won the 2019 NCAA Division I Men's Golf Championships.
Morikawa turned professional in 2019 and made his PGA Tour debut at the RBC Canadian Open, finishing tied for 14th place. He earned his first PGA Tour win at the 2019 Barracuda Championship, an event that uses a modified Stableford scoring system.
In 2020, Morikawa won the Workday Charity Open and then the PGA Championship, becoming the fourth-youngest winner of the tournament in history. He shot a final round 6-under-par 64 to win by two strokes, finishing with a score of 13-under-par.
Morikawa is known for his consistent ball striking and his strong mental game. He has already established himself as one of the best golfers in the world and is considered a rising star. Morikawa has also been praised for his character and his commitment to giving back to the community.
