A classic Italian pizzeria snack, garlic knots are strips of pizza dough tied in a knot, baked, and then topped with melted butter, garlic and parsley. Hank has authored five cookbooks, the latest in 2021.

Garlic knots begin with leftover pizza dough, sliced into thin strips. The dough is tied up into knots (duh) and brushed with olive oil to add flavor, texture, and a nice golden color after baking. From there, the knots are blessed with chopped parsley, garlic, butter, and, more often than not, parmesan.

Do all of Pizza Hut's crusts have garlic in them or just the hand-tossed? The Hand Tossed is the only crust that comes with the crust having the Garlic Buttery Blend on it as a default.
