Made up of select Latin American and East African beans, this blend is carefully roasted to coax out sweet, vibrant notes of candied apple and bittersweet chocolate. The result is smooth, well-rounded and versatile, delicious served hot or over ice.

Traditional espresso has a deep, dark color and an intense, rich flavor. Blonde espresso, on the other hand, has a lighter color, and its mild flavor is also a little less intense. It is usually sweeter than regular espresso, and many say it can have citrus notes and hints of chocolate or malt.

Light roast coffee is a light brown color and has no oil on the surface of the beans. These coffees typically have a crisp acidity, a mellow body, and bright flavors. These coffees are roasted in order to preserve the unique characteristics of the bean.

For the best flavor experience, light roasts are often recommended for pour-over, and drip coffee and dark roasts are perfect for espresso drinks or drinks that incorporate milk or cream.

To achieve a light roast, you roast the coffee beans at a lower temperature for a shorter amount of time. This ensures that the beans retain more of their natural flavor and caffeine level. Darker roasts are characterized by their almost burnt taste. Blonde roasts, on the other hand, have a much lighter flavor.
