Typical dosing for Alka-Seltzer Plus Cold Dissolve 2 tablets in a half-cup of water, and drink the mixture. Repeat every 4 hours or as directed by a provider. Don't take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours. Each tablet contains 325 mg of aspirin, 2 mg of chlorpheniramine, and 7.8 mg of phenylephrine.
