2017 Enter the new REV GEN 4 Chassis for 2017 along with the all new Rotax 850 E-TEC. Not only did Ski-Doo completely rebuild and redesign their chassis for 2017 they built an all new and redesigned engine.

New 2016 Ski-Doo Renegade Enduro The Enduro comes in the REV-XS chassis with a 137- by 1.25-inch Ice Ripper XT track surrounding the rMotion rear suspension, plus the adjustable Pilot TS skis.

The Renegade has a heated seat option and the saddle is bigger. The seat on the Backcountry is small and narrow but the material and foam density were terrific. Check one for the Renegade.

Which Is Better, Ski-Doo or Polaris? It really depends on what you're looking for and what you need a snowmobile for. Ski-Doo sleds are wider than Polaris vehicles, so the latter glide better through the snow. However, both a Ski-Doo and a Polaris will allow you to work the edges using your legs for leverage.

The 600 E-TEC is also considerably lighter than the 4 stroke ACE 900. Throw in this reality – the 600R E-TEC is among the most fuel efficient snowmobile engines in the market. The 900 ACE engine would be better on fuel at slower speeds and the 600R ETEC would be better at mid to WOT throttle settings.
