Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 275F. Place a wire rack on top of a rimmed baking sheet.
2. Thinly slice beef into jerky size pieces.
3. Place on wire rack, leaving plenty of space between each piece.
4. Bake in preheated oven for about 2 hours.
5. Cool completely before serving.
