Under the skin, the Cadillac CT5 rides on the GM Alpha 2 platform. Vehicle production takes place at the GM Lansing Grand River plant in Michigan for all markets except for China, where the CT5 is made at the GM Cadillac Jinqiao plant in Shanghai.
