Ring of Honor (ROH) is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Jacksonville, Florida. The promotion was founded by Rob Feinstein on February 23, 2002, and was operated by Cary Silkin from 2004 until 2011, when the promotion was sold to the Sinclair Broadcast Group.

On the March 2, 2022 episode of AEW Dynamite, Khan announced that he had acquired professional wrestling promotion Ring of Honor (ROH) from Sinclair Broadcast Group. The acquisition includes ROH assets such as the promotion's video library, brand assets, intellectual property, production equipment and more.

Roh is not negative. It's used as "well" exactly like "bah" or "euuh". It doesn't means that something is obvious or anything anymore than "well". It's a filler and the intonation and following words give it meaning.
