When you want to enjoy Hulu but don't want the pesky ads that come with it, you have options:

1. Use an ad blocker.
2. Get an app.
3. Use a browser that blocks ads.
4. Reload your Hulu TV show.

6. Upgrade your Hulu plan.

Hulu (No Ads): For $14.99/month, you can watch most of those same shows and movies without the ad breaks. Hulu (No Ads) excludes a few shows that play with ads before and after the video. Starting October 12, 2023 the price of this plan will increase to $17.99/month.

Use a Chrome Extension Extensions like Hulu Ad Skipper, uBlock Origin, and Adblock Plus block Hulu ads for many users. Note that many of these extensions are for Chrome web browsers, but since Edge is a Chromium-based browser, you can also install these extensions there.

As the name suggests, the experience is ad-free, so you won't see any commercials at all, making for a more Netflix-like experience. The ad-free plan is also a solid choice if you use Hulu frequently, particularly to watch hour-long shows. This way your bingeing experience is uninterrupted.

So just to say, "Hulu no ads" never gave you a completely ad-free experience to begin with. I personally don't mind paying to have less ads, but if you're thinking the cost makes a difference for you, well, you were never getting an ad-free experience anyway. So go for it.

Hulu Basic is the company's simplest option. For $5.99 a month you'll get access to their entire catalog, but you will have to watch some ads as you stream.
