What is the pH of ACT® Anticavity? ACT® fluoride products are designed to be “pH-neutral” to the pH of your mouth. ACT® Anticavity has a pH between 6.0–7.6.

Gluten is not an ingredient in ACT® Kids Mouthwash.

Avoid whitening, tartar control, or smokers toothpastes since these contain abrasives. For the first 30 seconds, use the dry brush and brush the lingual (inside) surface of your teeth, then moisten toothbrush and apply a dry mouth toothpaste (e.g. Biotene, Pronamel, CloSYS, Orajel, Sensodyne) and brush for 1.5 minutes.

Excess amounts of fluoride ions in drinking water can cause dental fluorosis, skeletal fluorosis, arthritis, bone damage, osteoporosis, muscular damage, fatigue, joint-related problems, and chronicle issues.

Try a mouthwash designed for dry mouth - especially one that contains xylitol, if you're not sensitive to it, such as Biotene Dry Mouth Oral Rinse, bioXtra Dry Mouth Ultra Mild Mouthrinse or ACT Dry Mouth Mouthwash.

A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. However, get medical help right away if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing. This is not a complete list of possible side effects.

However, eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes is not advisable as it will lead to the washing-off of the mouthwash from the mouth and thus hinder with its efficacy. Also, rinsing with a mouthwash immediately after brushing is also not recommended. One must wait for at least 5 minutes after brushing.

If you have any of the following side effects, you may be getting too much medicine. Please contact your doctor to let them know about these side effects. A few people may have an allergic reaction to this medicine. Symptoms can include difficulty breathing, skin rash, itching, swelling, or severe dizziness.
