After finding and unlocking the Sirenix Book, the book gives each of the Winx a Sirenix Box which contains their Guardians of Sirenix who grant them Harmonix.

Harmonix is a temporary transformation of Season 5.

The term fairy was once used as a homophobic slur. In the world of Fate: The Winx Saga, though, fairies are proudly embracing their queerness. In Season 2, earth fairy Terra (Eliot Salt) comes out as gay - first to her cousin Flora (Paulina Chávez), then to the rest of her friends.

The new name of the series ("Winx") was derived from the English word "wings". Straffi's aim was to appeal to both genders, including action sequences designed for male viewers and fashion elements for female viewers.

Sirenix is the second Fairy Form introduced in Season 5. It is parallel to Harmonix.

The main male characters are called the Specialists, a group of students at the Red Fountain school who are also the Winx fairies' boyfriends. They include Bloom's boyfriend Sky; Stella's boyfriend Brandon; Flora's boyfriend Helia; Tecna's boyfriend Timmy; and Musa's boyfriend Riven.

Before Terra's Season 2 storyline, the only openly queer character in Fate is Dane (Theo Graham), a specialist who falls for his classmate Riven (Freddie Thorp) in the first season.

The main characters of Winx Club are girls who can transform into fairy warriors. The series follows the adventures of a group of girls known as the Winx, students at the Alfea College for Fairies, who turn into fairies to fight villains.

Bloom ends up persuading Daphne, who reveals that the Sirenix Book is in the Magic Archive of Alfea. The Source of Sirenix is found in the cave where Daphne dwells in Lake Roccaluce which protects Sirenix and grants it to fairies who have completed the Sirenix Quest.

"Sirenix" is the thirteenth episode of the fifth season of Winx Club.
