Selina Kyle, Aka Cat is a villain, although most don't see her as one in the Gotham TV show. She is self-centered but independent which means that she makes some very big mistakes.

Violence & Scariness. Violence is super graphic, bloody, and disturbing, particularly when it's doled out for revenge or intimidation.

After being paroled, Selina Kyle began a serious romance with Bruce Wayne, still unaware that he was Batman. Their love grew to new levels, but ultimately the experiment failed.
