Nintendo 2DS is a 2D system that plays all Nintendo DS and Nintendo 3DS games. Nintendo 2DS is only capable of 2D display.

The inner camera takes 2D photos only. 3D images cannot be viewed if Parental Controls are restricting the 3D feature. If you are using this feature with the Nintendo 2DS or New Nintendo 2DS XL, you will not be able to view any of the images in 3D.
