To see all the channels in a team, select More channels beneath the list of channels you've favorited in that team. > Manage team, and then open the Channels tab. In the Channels tab, auto-favorited channels can be added or removed by team owners. > View channels.

For PC

1. Get the screen mirroring app on your PC and make a copy using a flash drive for your TV.
2. Connect both PC and TV to the same WiFi network and enter the PIN code that appears on your TV into your PC to start the mirroring process.
3. Finally, launch the Microsoft Teams program and start the conference call.

Where is the Navigation bar?

• The Teams navigation bar will be along the left side of your screen.
• Each icon on the navigation bar is for a different feature of Teams.
• The image across shows what the navigation bar should look like on the left of your screen.

One reason is that Microsoft Teams automatically updates your status to "Away" after 5 minutes of inactivity. To manually change your status, follow these steps: 1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the Teams window.

A team is a group of people gathered to get something big done in your organization. Sometimes it's your whole organization. Teams are made up of channels, which are the conversations you have with your teammates. Each channel is dedicated to a specific topic, department, or project.

Clear cache and refresh: Instruct affected members to clear their browser cache and refresh their Teams application. Sometimes, caching issues can cause inconsistencies in accessing channels or seeing updated information.

Check Teams settings: Make sure that the presenter has given you permission to view their screen. Also, check your Teams settings to ensure that screen sharing is enabled.

Large Gallery view lets you see up to 49 video feeds at once. Ten or more attendees must be sharing their video for Large Gallery view to be available. While in a Teams meeting, select the three-dots icon. If not grayed-out - that is, 10 or more videos feeds are active - select Large gallery.

A navigation bar is usually placed at the top of your website. On a mobile phone, the navigation bar is usually placed on your website's top left and looks like a hamburger or, as typically referred to – a hamburger button.

First thing you want to do is go up to the view tab. You want to click on The View tab. And then in the show area of the ribbon. You want to check the box next to navigation pane.

It's possible that your laptop's settings are not syncing with the MS Teams app. Try signing out of the app on your laptop, then restarting your computer and signing back in. Alternatively, you may need to reset the app on your laptop.

Note that Teams will automatically set your status from Available to Away when the Teams app is in the background. On desktop and web, this will happen when you lock your computer or when it enters idle or sleep mode. Busy is when you want to focus on something, and you do want notifications to pop up.
