Who is Charlie Rowe?

Charlie Rowe is a young British actor who first gained attention for his work on stage and television, before transitioning to the big screen. He was born on April 23, 1996, in Islington, London.

Rowe began acting at a young age, attending the Anna Scher Theatre School in London before making his professional debut in the stage production of The Revengers Tragedy. He then appeared in a number of popular British TV shows, such as Midsomer Murders, Doctors, and Inspector Lewis, before landing his first lead role onscreen in the 2012 film, The Nutcracker in 3D.

In 2014, Rowe starred in the sci-fi adventure film, The NeverEnding Story, and played the role of Leo Roth in the Fox drama series, Red Band Society. However, it was his appearance in a series of American commercials for Verizon Wireless that really brought him mainstream recognition, with Rowe serving as the charming and energetic spokesperson for the telecommunications company.

Despite his growing success in the US, Rowe has continued to return to his roots in the UK, appearing in a variety of indie films and TV shows. He also played the role of Tommy Clarke in the Sky One comedy-drama series, Brassic.

Rowe's talent and versatility as an actor have made him a sought-after performer in both the UK and the US, and it's likely we'll be seeing much more of him on our screens in the years to come.
